MAIN DUTIES

SUCCESS INDICATOR

-      Visit GP, PS, Raising gilt and Commercial swine farms to monitoring health status and management in farms.

-      Follow up program of disease prevention and control, and farm management that implement in GP, PS, Raising gilt and Commercial swine farms.

-      Conduct and follow up feed medicated, or AHP trial in farm.

-      Supervise and training technical staffs in farm on farm management practice and disease prevention and control, how to monitoring herd health in farm.

-      GP, PS, Raising gilt and Commercial swine farms have consistency production and performance.

-      Provide good quality and quantity of weaning piglets, nursery pig, gilt replacement and fatting pig achieve company target and supply to our farm and our market.

-      Report and result of feed medicated or AHP trial.

-       Technical staffs have more knowledge to control, follow up and evaluate issues in farm, can report issues in farm that related to some issues in farm
