Introduction

• MEng. Nguyen Thuy Linh has being worked at the Faculty of Fisheries, Nong Lam University, Ho Chi Minh City since 2003. MEng. Nguyen Thuy Linh is currently a lecturer at the Department of Seafood Processing, Faculty of Fisheries, Nong Lam University, Ho Chi Minh City.
• MEng. Nguyen Thuy Linh graduated as an engineer in Food Technology, University of Agriculture and Forestry in Ho Chi Minh City (2003); Master of Food Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (2007).
• MEng. Nguyen Thuy Linh teaches subjects in the field of Seafood Processing Technology.
