Invitation to join:

"International Symposium on "Innovative Teaching & Learning in Sustainable Seafood"

An international symposium organized to contribute to the education and training in the field of sustainable seafood and nutrition security.

Objectives

·         Develop new and/or effective curricula that enhances employability

·         Share experiences of innovative teaching-learning and field experiences

·         Disseminate the outcomes of the project especially the curricula or offer a “show case” of project outputs

·         Exchange research and development (R&D) outcomes along the seafood value chain and ways to incorporate in curricula

·         Bolster further networking activities

·         Discuss further steps in developing new initiative to expand SSNS to the next level

·         Help create linkages to related initiatives at local, regional, national and global level

·         Develop a set of recommendations on sustainable seafood and nutrition security and their applications in teaching and learning

Abstract should be in extended form including introduction, methodology, conclusions and recommendations (max. 3 pages), in the formats of European Society Conferences. A hardcopy “Book of Abstracts” will be produced and distributed. A PDF file will also be available online.

Registration fee €50 (€20 for Students)

Abstract submission: 30 June 2021
